Benzydamine is indicated for:

Painful oropharyngeal conditions

Irrespective of gender only Children (1 year - 12 years old) , Adolescents (12 years - 18 years old) Adults (18 years old or older)

Benzydamine is a locally acting analgesic and anti-inflammatory treatment for the throat and mouth. It is used to treat various painful oropharyngeal conditions such as mouth ulcers, sore throat, sore mouth or gums, dental pain. 2

Active ingredient Benzydamine is contraindicated in the following cases:

Active peptic ulcer or history of ulcer

No gender/age discrimination

Benzydamine hydrochloride is contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer or history of ulceration or other organic diseases of the digestive tract.
