Active ingredient Alclometasone interacts in the following cases:

Lactation

It is not known whether topical administration of corticosteroids could result in sufficient systemic absorption to produce detectable quantities in breast milk. Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding will be advised not to use alclometasone dipropionate but to seek the advice of a pharmacist or doctor.
